You will need Silver foil/sellotape paper / pens large & small sissors double-sided sticky tape UPDATED 23rd June 11:39
Joseph Diorama Crafts Week 6 : Cupbearer's Cups
Week 6 :

You will definitely need some silver foil, or it can be done with a coloured cellophane that you can get from sweet wrappers, or any other foil type of paper (maybe wrapping paper). Have handy large and small pens as you will be wrapping the foil around the east to make your cups. If you don’t have double sided sticky tape you can always fix in place by using something else.

Pull out some silver foil from the packet tear off and then cut into smaller pieces. As we have making both large and small cups do not make the pieces all the same size. Take one piece of paper and either using your finger or a small pan wrap the top half the foil very carefully around. You will not need to stick the foil together as you will find it holds its shape once you do the following. Gently gather the foil at the Bottom of your finger or pen and scrunch inwards being careful not to break the foil do this until it becomes quite small but leaving some foil left at the end. Now splay the end piece of foil out into a nice round circle if you can. You could do this by pushing down onto the mat at the base like in the picture. The flat base of the now formed cup might be a little irregular so use a pair of scissors to cut it into a nice round shape finish off with your fingers carefully moulding everything into position. On a large cup you could use the pen top to push out an embossed design onto the face of your cup then using the large pan wrap round and pinch together as we’ve already said.

With large cups the base may be difficult to bend into position just use your fingers without damaging the carpet self. Therefore I carefully using a pair of scissors you can take hold of the stem and bend into the correct position. Make as many of these as you can of all different shapes and sizes. Next time we’re going to make a cupboard to put them in!

We will carry on each week and build into a big diorama!
